Locally grown wagyu beef brisket, smoked low and slow for 12 hours. Served with 'Warregold' gravy, smoked stuffed pumpkin, campfire roasted vegetables & salad.

Learn first-hand about a genuine paddock-to-plate experience from local farmers. Develop a direct understanding of the wagyu breed including producer presentations.
