Enjoy a true paddock-to-plate experience with locally grown Wagyu beef brisket, smoked low and slow for 18 hours. This delicious meal is served with Warregold gravy, smoked stuffed pumpkin, campfire-roasted vegetables, and a fresh salad. Learn firsthand from local farmers about the journey from farm to table.
Dinner is $35 per adult and $20 per child (under 12), and payment is accepted via cash, card, or online.
Bookings are essential and must be made in person or online by 5 PM Friday. Dinner service begins at 6:30 PM at Charleys Creek Brewery.
