Enjoy a true paddock-to-plate experience with locally grown Wagyu beef brisket, smoked low and slow for 18 hours. This delicious meal is served with Warregold gravy, smoked stuffed pumpkin, campfire-roasted vegetables, and a fresh salad. Learn firsthand from local farmers about the journey from farm to table.
Dinner is $38 per adult and $20 per child (under 12), and payment is accepted via cash, card, or online.
Bookings are essential and must be made in person or online by 7 PM Friday. Dinner service begins at approx 6:45 PM at Charleys Creek Brewery.

Our kitchen is now open — come and taste the flavours at Charleys Creek. Serving up lunch Saturdays & Sundays and dinner Tuesdays - Sundays, our menu celebrates true Aussie flavours using local produce and our signature Charleys Creek wagyu. Rustic pub favourites meet fresh, paddock-to-plate dishes: think perfectly seared wagyu burgers, hearty wagyu steaks, chicken parmi’s, pizzas, with seasonal salads to enjoy with a cold brew from our on-site brewery.
